| Established in 1970 CHASS provides primary medical and dental care and wellness services to the uninsured and underinsured in Detroit, the City’s most vulnerable population. Throughout its 40 year history, CHASS has provided much needed care to over 400,000 individuals out of a retrofitted auto dealership in Southwest Detroit that is meager, cramped, inadequate and over capacity. CHASS has launched its first ever fundraising campaign, titled Give Health. Care. with the goal of providing CHASS with a new and larger home that will enable the organization to expand access to quality primary care to the under served and to fulfill its vision of a medical home for health and wellness for the community—the well being center. |
