Fundraiser Drawing:
Everyone who raises over $50 for CASA will be entered into a drawing for a Two-Session Bio-Mechanical Analysis from one of Rogue's Elite Athletes, Darren Brown. This two-session analysis is valued at $200 and will help you learn more about your body, your build and your efficiency as a runner. At the end of the second session, you will receive a CD-Rom with videos and exercises that will help increase your efficiency as you continue your running.
