| Hello, we are the Nelson's and in December 2008 we adopted are first child Ella Kate. She came along with a little something "extra"; therefore, we want the world to know more about Down Syndrome! We invite you to come be a part of Ella Kate's team at the 2010 Buddy Walk on Saturday, September 25th at Greenwood High School. Registration will begin at 9:00 A.M. There will be food, games and informational booths available, including our D.A.D.S. booth that Matt will be at. If you can't join our team that day, but still want to donate you can send your support to us or on this secure website. We accept any donation to support the Down Syndrome Support Group of South Central Kentucky. With your donation of $15 or more you will get a gift, an official 2010 Buddy Walk t-shirt. If you donate on here and plan to join our team for the walk, just let us know, and we will get your shirt for the walk. We want Awareness of Intellectual Disabilities to be brought to light and advocate for Ella Kate who is too young to advocate for herself.
