| HELLO! My name is Sophia Grace Jackson. I am 4 years old. When I was born, I had ASD VSD and Tetralogy of Fallot which means I had a lot of holes and open places in my heart and went through 2 major heart surgeries at Texas Children's Hospital. Here I am alive and well ;) God has put me here on this earth for a reason and one of the many reasons is for my wonderful family that I have been blessed with. I love the Lord and when my Pappaw preaches I get happy. I like to praise the Lord and shout to the mountains of glory for him! I am giving the devil his dues by living here on earth and showing others what an amazing blessing that I am and have been to all of those whom I come in contact with. May God bless everyone for viewing this fundraising page and especially those who are fortunate enough to give. Shout to the mountains with me and please help us raise awareness for Down Syndrome! |
