| Joe is a very active 5th grader. He studies hard, plays basketball, baseball, and swims competitively. Joe loves horses, reading, movies and spending time with his friends. Joe has Down Syndrome and while it affects him, it does not define him! We live in an exciting time where research and development, along with parent support and advocacy, create a world of unlimited possibilities for persons with Down Syndrome. Please help continue to make these opportunities possible by supporting our local Down Syndrome support group and the National Down Syndrome Society. We would love to see you at our local Buddy Walk on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Greenwood High School in Bowling Green (9 a.m.). If you can't make it, please consider donating online.
