| Cooper-Norcross Bridge Challenge presented by AmeriHealth NJ |
|
| Thank you so much for your support of the 2008 Cooper-Norcross Bridge Challenge presented by AmeriHealth New Jersey for Larc School. 2008 marked Larc’s seventh year as beneficiary of this event. With your support this run has not only grown into an incredibly successful fundraising event, it has also grown into the area’s largest 10K racing event.
On a windy, fall morning, 3,300 walkers and runners came out to take on the Ben Franklin Bridge—and that number doesn’t include the hundreds of volunteers or the thousands of spectators. We exceeded all of our goals for 2008, including our goals to increase participation and raise much needed dollars for the deserving students of Larc School. Over $11,000 was raised online! Without your generosity, this would not have been possible.
Since 1968, Larc School has been providing services to hundreds of individuals with severe disabilities throughout South Jersey. And thanks to the community’s support of events like this one, Larc can continue to provide each and every individual opportunities for growth, development and, most important, independence.
On behalf of all the Larc students unable to say it for themselves, thank you.
With Sincere Appreciation
Susan Weiner
