Bowl for Kids Sake (BFKS) is a fun, casual way to give back. Form a team of bowlers, with a goal of raising a minimum of $125 in pledges per bowler (minimum of $625 per team). The money raised will go to support the mentoring programs of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, as well as the youth sports programs of the Metro Denver Sports Commission.
Bowl for Kids Sake is a good way to get together with friends to have fun while bowling for a good cause! Participants enjoy 2 hours of bowling, pizza and beverages, and help raise money for underserved youth in the metro Denver area.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and the Metro Denver Sports Commission have raised over $100,000 through Bowl for Kids Sake the last two years. Over 500 bowlers participated in the 2006 BFKS events held at Lucky Strike Lanes.
