Childhood injuries are the leading cause of death in children ages 19 and younger. Blythedale Children's Hospital/Westchester Safe Kids has educated more than 10,000 children throughout Westchester County on fire, water, school, and pedestrian safety, as well as the importance of wearing a helmet. Our Injury Prevention specialists provide classroom instruction to children from kindergarten to 8th grade at no cost to the school districts.
All proceeds of this year's Walk, Run & Roll to Keep Kids Safe will benefit our Injury Prevention Program. Won't you join us in supporting this important cause?
