| Every 23 seconds, one person in the U.S. sustains a traumatic brain injury. 2,688 Utahns were hospitalized or died as a result of Traumatic Brain Injuries in 2007. Only by raising public awareness of the "silent epidemic" of brain injury will we begin to see a decrease in the alarming number of injuries sustained every year. |
