The Mount Desert Island High School Band has been invited to play in the 2011 New Year's Day Parade in London, England. The total distance, 'as the crow flies,' is just over 3000 miles. We need to raise considerable funding to help realize this amazing opportunity!

Please make an online contribution here today and plan to attend our 'Band on the Run' event to be held on June 19th starting at 10:00AM and going until 10:00AM the following day. Our goals are to raise a lot of money, have fun and to equal or exceed the total distance from MDIHS to London on foot!
