| HELP AVDA celebrate our mission to promote violence-free relationships and social change by joining us at our 11th Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Anchor Park in Delray Beach. This fun-filled event is a great day for a family outing where all ages can participate in the 5K! We challenge local companies, schools and organizations to form teams and come out for a morning of fitness, food and fabulous fun! To add to the excitement of the day, teams or individuals who raise the most funds are awarded prizes and the ever popular raffle prizes will also be returning! |
