| The Arbutus Girls Athletic Association (AGAA) travel division is preparing for the 2003 Softball season fundraising drive. We hope you will contribute to this worthy cause.
For more than 40 years, the programs of AGAA have helped to instill feelings of confidence, self esteem, and pride in the young girls of our community and surrounding areas. These programs also teach the discipline required to excel academically and, prepare them for the future. Many of the female athletes profiled in your local papers attribute their success to beginning in our recreation programs. A number of these young ladies have received high school scholarships to schools such as Seton Keough and McDonough as a result of their scholastic success.
It's community leaders like you that make it possible for AGAA to provide recreational activities to the young ladies in and around our community. Please continue your leadership in the development of the community and the children who live within it. Thank you for your continued support. |
