| American Parkinson Disease Association Orange County |
|
| Parkinson's disease is a progressive disorder of the central nervous system affecting more than 1.5 million people in the United States. The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) was founded in 1961 to "Ease the Burden and Find the Cure" for Parkinson's Disease, and it is the largest grass roots organization in the country dedicated to fighting the disease.
One of our Chapter’s biggest responsibilities is raising money to educate and help Parkinson’s patients and caregivers on the local level (Orange County and Long Beach), and to fund research in the fight against Parkinson’s on the national level. Won’t you please help us to fight this debilitating disease for which there is currently no cure?
Thank you! |
