AMBUCS Memorial and Honorarium program is the perfect way to show your admiration for someone special!

Contributions can be made to honor or remember a friend or relative and are credited to the donor and toward Living Endowment giving for the chapter in case of an AMBUCS donor.

For memorials, a distinctive memorial letter is sent to the family of the deceased advising them of the donation and identifying the donor. A similar letter is sent to honorees.

A listing of memorial and honorarium contributions is included in each issue of AMBUCS Magazine.

Please be sure when filling out this form that you include the name and address of the individual who should receive the honoree or memorial letter.
