| Thank you for visiting Team Gratitude's Donation Page! The American Liver Foundation's annual Liver Walk has become a tradition, with many reasons for us to walk. We walk to spread awareness for the ALF and raise money to prevent the various forms of Liver Disease. We walk in memory of our donors and our donor families. We also walk in honor of our doctors, surgeons, nurses, social workers and staff of New York Presbyterian Hospital's Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation. With out the ALF, our donors, and NYPH, we would not have nearly as much gratitude for life as we do now. Our team is comprised of people from all walks of life. Some of us are battling Liver Disease, some of us have had Liver Transplants, and some of us are amazing friends and family members of people affected by Liver Disease. On Sunday, June 8th, we will be walking with the American Liver Foundation's Greater New York Chapter in the annual Liver Walk in Battery Park, New York City. We ask that you please donate to the ALF, in an effort to support Liver Disease awareness, research and prevention. Please make donations through a Team Gratitude team fund-raiser page using the pull-down list at the top of this page.
