| The Ahwatukee Foothills Family YMCA's is guided by the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Our YMCA is a community center for all ages, all incomes and all abilities. To accommodate the continuing growth of the community, the YMCA is raising money to expand the existing facility by at least 5,000 sq. feet while renovating 3200 square feet . This expansion will include a dual purpose space for preschool and school age programs, build a much needed teen center and expand our health and wellness center.
Your support will allow us to:
Triple the number of youth we serve from in programs on an annual basis.
Create a safe and secure teen center that targets outreach to single parent homes and troubled teens.
Continue to conquer the youth obestiy epidemic by providing additonal youth fitness & nutrition opportunities.
Relocate our current offsite NAEYC Accredited Montessori preschool to the YMCA and provide additonal programs for our early learners. |
