Stephanie Lyn Lufkin was born April 14, 2001. Stephie was a ray of sunshine when she walked into the room, and a friend to everyone she met. She loved her family~especially her little brother Scotty, and baby sister Sara.

On May 8, 2008, Stephanie passed away from complications due to ITP.

It is her family's wish, and mission, to help raise awareness, guarantee more research, and ensure better training when dealing with such a rare and delicate disease. None of those goals can happen without money.

Friends and family of Stephanie are asking you, in the name of Stephanie Lyn Lufkin, to donate to TEAM Stephanie; a special branch of the ITP Team which directly benefits the ITP Foundation.
