Team Go Beth O! - Running to Save Lives!

UPDATE: They Did It! Team Go Beth O!, led by Animal League Spokesperson Beth Stern, crossed the finish line in the ING New York City Marathon on Nov. 2, 2008. Through vigorous fundraising efforts, the team surpassed its goal of $262,000.

Team Go Beth O! is a group of dedicated runners and supporters who have pledged contributions directly supporting the dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of North Shore Animal League America.

Our team goal is to raise $262,000 through contributions and sponsorships. All proceeds will benefit the Animal League's life saving mission to find loving homes for more than 20,000 orphaned animals each year. Please help us save these precious lives!

WOW! We are all so excited that so many of you have helped us reach our goal! However, your continued support is still needed to help save the lives and countless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. Their lives are depending on our help, so let’s keep going! Let’s do it for the animals!

I think it is wonderful you are running the marathon on behalf of North Shore!
