Owen May's Fundraising Page

I did it!!! I finished the P.F. Chang's Rock 'N' Roll Arizona half-marathon (13.1 miles!) on January 13, 2008. I ran it at a pace 9 minutes, 10 seconds.

My goal was to raise $1,000 for Chances for Kids. The funds we raise pay for running-based fitness, goal-setting, and nutrition programs for Arizona schools that can not afford it. Chances for Children Arizona's mission is to expand these programs with the intention of eradicating obesity among our youth. By learning about and practicing good habits, these kids can lower their risk of obesity and lead healthier, more productive lives. All contributions, small or large, are tax-deductible...and just think about the smiles you'll put on the faces of those kids :) Thanks for your generous consideration and support!!
