Are you ready to challenge yourself and help local youth at the same time? Do you need a coach to reach your running/walking goals? Are you ready to check a marathon off-of your to-do list?

TEAM Chances will offer you all of this, in addition to a host of other memorable experiences.

Chances for Children - Arizona is a not-for-profit organization that aims to provide children in Arizona recreation opportunities that otherwise may not be affordable to them. As an organization, Chances for Children - Arizona has placed the fight against childhood obesity as its priority for the upcoming years.

Recreation for childrenis a priority for the organization. Over the past two years, Chances for Children - Arizona has assisted in providing running programs to over 1500 children in the Phoenix area through the Phoenix Children's Hospital Kids Rock Star Program. Our goals is to expand program like this across the state of Arizona. The objective of these programs are to get kids moving, introduce basic nutrition education, and to provide new CHANCES to children in the community.

We are confident that while TEAM Chances members work to achieve their marathon and half marathon goals, their fundraising effords will ultimately help our organization in its quest to wipe out childhood obesity in Arizona.
