Trek For Treatments and Family Fun Walk
Helping seriously ill patients get the treatments they need.
What would you do if you were diagnosed with a serious illness and told there was “nothing more that can be done”?

Thousands of seriously ill patients are needlessly suffering without getting the treatments they need to reclaim their lives. We’re here to help.

The Eric Drew Foundation began in 2003 as a nonprofit fund to help Eric get the medical care he needed to fight a “terminal” Leukemia. His struggles with the health care system to find a treatment led to the EDF becoming an organization focused on educating and advocating for seriously ill patients.

Besides providing free consulting to patients in urgent need, we assist them in navigating the complexities of the health care system to help them get life-saving treatments. The EDF is focused on several key projects:
• Creating a free online seminar series to educate about cord blood treatments and banking.
• Establishing an online resource center.
• Supporting legislative programs for cord blood stem cell research.
• Continued support for expanding the National Marrow Donor Database and the establishment of a National Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank.

Won't you please join us in helping us support those in need by registering to walk, becoming a fundraiser, and/or making a contribution today?
