| Operating a Sea Scout ship as active and as the SSS John F Kennedy is an expensive endeavor. There is fuel cost, maintenance fees, uniforms, food, etc. We try to earn as much as possible through various fundraisers, however sometimes that just isn't enough.
Clipper Class Sponsor -
A $3,000 or more per year sponsorship. The donor will receive a personal thank you from the entire crew as well as their companies logo and name on the front page of our website, and a written thank-you letter with a crew photograph.
Schooner Class Sponsor -
A $1,000 - $3,000 per year sponsorship. The donor will receive a handsome thank you from the crew, as well as their companies logo and name on the front page of our website, and a written thank-you letter.
Sloop Class Sponsor -
A $1,000 per year sponsorship. The donor will receive a handsome thank you from the crew, and a written thank-you letter.
Sail-ships! -
For $500 you can sponsor a Sea Scout! This represents the cost of their dress and work uniforms, shirts and hats. Their slice of Friends of Scouting, fuel and food costs for an entire year! These sail-ships are awarded to the most excited youth who are unable (or would find it difficult) to afford some of our events.
