For those of you that didn't know Sophie, she was a beautiful, cheerful, loving little girl that lived in Avon Lake, Ohio. Three years ago, at age four, Sophie was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer, diffuse pontine glioma, and later that year earned her wings in heaven. There are many other beautiful children like Sophie. Let's help the Quayle Family and Smiles for Sophie Forever campaign by donating money towards their mission: - to provide financial and emotional support to families burdened by pediatric brain tumors - to promote a global awareness of not only pediatric brain tumors, but also an awareness of the lack of funding allocated for pediatric brain cancer research; and - to provide financial support to St. Jude, where Sophie was treated, and to other viable organizations committed to the treatment and cure of pediatric brain cancer.

Nordson will generously match all donations made to this team up to $6,000! This number is my goal...which may seem high...but through our friends, family and co-workers, I believe we can attain it!
