| Hello Friends,
This year I will be the Honorary Chair at the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation Race for Research in San Francisco. The MMRF Race for Research is part of an overall effort to raise awareness and funds for research for multiple myeloma, an incurable blood cancer. Many of you know me as a former Golden State Warrior and Bay Area Hall of Fame inductee, but I am also a patient with myeloma and this race and the MMRF are very important to me. It is my hope that you will support me as Event Chair for this year’s race and join me as I raise funds for research. Also, I would love to see your smiling faces at this year’s race, which will be held on Sunday, April 27th at Marina Green.
