| Hello and welcome to my 2010 Ride for Semper-Fi page. I am proud to be a member of a group of 50+ individuals that will ride our bikes over 4 days and 430 miles from Phoenix Arizona to San Diego California for the sole purpose of raising funds for the Injured Marine Semper-Fi Fund. The Injured Marine Semper-Fi Fund is a non-profit charity that has given more than $38 million in grants to more than 15,000 injured Marines and their families. The Fund provides immediate financial assistance to defray hospital bills and recovery expenses. They pick up where other help leaves off and pays for things like mortgages, utilities and other essential living expenses enabling these injured marines and their families to focus on the lengthy and hard road to recovery instead of having to focus on the financial burdens that come with these injuries. The level of comfort and peace this brings is significant.
I feel honored to be able to do any part that I can to give back to those Marines who have given so much. I am asking you to join me financially in this endeavor and support me by contributing to this fundraising event. All contributions are tax deductible because you are donating to an approved 501C3 non-profit. Any amount will help as we look to raise $177,500 to surpass the $150,000 raised and donated during the Semper-Fi ride in 2009.
