| Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my website. I decided that I wanted to make my training and marathon experience more meaningful, so I decided to raise money for the Breast Cancer Network of Strength-Illinois. This is a wonderful organization that provides important services to those who are fighting breast cancer, including free counseling and support groups, free mammograms, and specialized wig salons. I think it is extremely important that we make sure those who are fighting breast cancer have the resources they need while we are waiting for a cure.
I am dedicating my race to my grandmother, Barbara Czuprenski, who I never had the chance to meet because she lost her battle with breast cancer before I was born, and for all of those courageous people who have fought breat cancer.
