| Hello All!!
My name is Charlotte and this will be my first marathon and I am so excited! I decided to run the 2008 Bank of America Chicago Marathon as part of the Pink Streak team for Breast Cancer Network of Strength. The mission of Breast Cancer Network of Strength works to ensure that no one faces breast cancer alone. I have both family members and friends who have been affected by breast cancer and feel strongly about running for this cause.
My godmother, Judy Dworzak, is a breast cancer survivor and I chose to run in honor of her specifically. She is a strong person with a beautiful heart and I am thankful for her courage during her fight to recovery.
Please help support me by sponsoring my run in Chicago. I am required to raise a minimum of $850 as a part of the Pink Streak Network of Strength. The donations go towards educating the public about early detection and helping those waiting for a cure.
