| PTSA Run 4 Rehab |

| The Run 4 Rehab is a road race put on by the Governors State University PTSA (physical therapy student association). Money raised through this event will be used in two ways:
1.) to help fund the activities of PTSA and 2.) to be donated to physical therapy research via the Miami-Marquette challenge.
As a company/individual, this is an opportunity to support a great cause and receive additional visibility.
To show our appreciation of your support we are offering several “levels” of sponsorship and corresponding benefits. All donations are tax-deductible. Thank you!
Level 1 ($0 - $49 donation) - Flyers/business cards/coupons (provided by donor) will be placed in each participant’s “goody bag.”
Level 2 ($50-$99 donation) - Level 1 benefits + donor recognition on our race day poster and event flyers*.
Level 3 ($100 - $199 donation) - Level 1 & 2 benefits + donor recognition on the back of the event t-shirts.
Level 4 ($200 - $399 donation)- Levels 1-3 benefits + information table at the post-race party area.
Marquee Sponsor(s) ($400+ donation) - Levels 1-4 benefits + sponsorship recognition on the front of the event
t-shirts and corporate logo recognition on the back of t-shirts. |
