Pilot’s service focus is to promote awareness of brain-related disorders and to work closely with national and international organizations that support this focus. Alzheimer’s, and other forms of dementia, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, and brain injuries are only some of the causes of brain-related disorders.

The Pilot Foundation of Hawaii, established in 1990, is the vehicle through which funds are disbursed to Pilot Clubs in Hawaii to do their charitable project work.
