Dear Friends and Family,

The children of El Faro are near and dear to our hearts. We travel monthly to visit them at the orphanage in Tijuana where they reside.

El Faro is located on a landfill. The land is suspended on old tires and is slipping. The neighborhood is unsafe. The answer is simple – move these children to a new location.

You can help.

Project Casa de Vida (“House of Life”) Was founded in 2007, in association with Corazon de Vida - it is the result of a friendship between five volunteers with one common goal - to raise funds to purchase a new piece of land and build a new orphanage in a better location in Tijuana for these amazing children.

A landfill is NOT a home. Together, we can make a difference by giving these kids a stable place they can truly call home!

With each passing year, the condition of their home worsens. And with the state of the economy and the news of the recent violence in Tijuana funding for the children’s basic needs has taken a drastic hit. Whatever donation you are able to make will go directly to helping these children.
