| Welcome to my fundraising page to help raise awareness and funds for the Sarcoma Alliance. As a member of the Ocean of Hope (O2H) team, I have dedicated myself to help raise money and awareness for the Sarcoma Alliance. O2H was created to support the Sarcoma Alliance, a nonprofit group that is the gathering place for those afflicted with sarcoma, a devastating cancer that is difficult to diagnose and even harder to cure. People who suffer from the disease and their families have a place to find guidance, education and support, as well as to find current medical information and treatment options, and to network with others. The Sarcoma Alliance provides an invaluable resource for those diagnosed with this rare and difficult cancer, as well as their family members, through guidance, education and support. This is a grass roots organization, where 100% of your donation will go towards those who suffer from cancer and to the resources which will help them. After training all Spring and Summer, my team will be racing from Newport to Catalina in the U.S. Outrigger Championships on September 12. I hope that my efforts to raise money through training and racing will bring help, hope, and some day a cure. I am proud to be a part of the Ocean of Hope.
