| It's not often that you get an opportunity to do what you love (paddle) and help people in need. As a member of Lanakila Outrigger Canoe Club and an Ocean Of Hope (O2H) team member, I have dedicated myself to raise money and awareness for the Sarcoma Alliance. The Sarcoma Alliance is a grassroots organization that donates 100% of their proceeds to provide aid and education to those afflicted with sarcoma, a devastating cancer that is difficult to diagnose and even harder to cure. On September 12, my team and I will race from Newport Beach to Catalina Island. We hope to win in each of our respective divisions but more importantly, hope that we reach our goal of helping those who may not have the resources to help themselves. -------------- Thank you for donating... |
