13.1 Miles for CCFA!

Hi Everyone,

A few years ago, one of my best friends was diagnosed with Crohn's/Colitis. In the ensuing years I've watched as his long term prognosis has not improved. There has been virtually no progress or advances in medicine that can help him. It's quite painful to watch and think of the long term possibilities for anyone, let alone a dear friend who has been a brother from another since we were seven years old.

To do my small part to help the cause, I plan to complete the Las Vegas Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on December 4th, 2011. Yes, I figured that if I'm ever going to do something like this, it might as well be in Vegas.
