****Update June 25, 2009 **************************************** Concert For Noah 3 rocked!
A lot of last minute scrambling meant we brought everything indoors to the Yack Arena. I got great feedback from the audience all night about all the performances. Big thanks again to Born Again, RHS A Capella Choir and ROVASI Chorale, Lakeshoremen Drum and Bugle Corps, NINE, Black Hat Trio, Catfish Project, and Psyfunk. The rain poured down outside, but the music played on. We did much better than last year and the final donation wil be up soon. We went a long way towards reaching our goal for this year, thanks to the city, the WBA, our friends and family.
P.S. Noah had his yearly check-up today at U of M. No problems to report. He's doing great right now. Thanks to the staff at U of M for always taking such good care of us.

My name is Frank Tyrybon. My wife Shannon and I will never stop running and raising funds to solve the puzzle of NF that afflicts 2 million people worldwide and our 6 year old son, Noah. Over the past two years, through the generosity and support of friends, family, and folks we've never met, we've raised over $27,000 and run nearly 500 miles in training and races with the NF Endurance Team. This year I will continue our efforts by running the Brooksie Way Half-Marathon in October. Along the way, we will continue to put on some great events including Bowling with Noah and Concert for Noah to achieve our goal for 2009. Come back here often for updates!
NF (Neurfibromatosis) is a genetic disorder that can cause tumors to grow on nerves anywhere in the body, including the brain and spinal cord. It can lead to blindness, deafness, chronic pain, disfugurement, learning disabilities, and a wide range of complications.
All the money we raise goes to the Childrens Tumor Foundation (www.ctf.org) a non-profit organization that funds the most promising research to find a cure.
