| First off, thank you for visiting the Team Summit For Mom webpage. My name is Justin Lesniak, and I'm the team's leader. I have joined up with the Rocky Mountain MS Center and their Multiple Summits For MS because Multiple Sclerosis plays a huge role in my live's of my family.
My mother was diagnosed with MS a few years ago, and has changed the way my family views things. I also have a 17 year-old cousin who has been diagnosed with MS this year.
Recently I've been looking to give to a worthy cause and better understand my mother's disease. This need has lead to the creation of Team Summit For Mom.
Uncertainty is all too familiar for those living with MS and their loved ones. Uncertainty about what the disease will do, how long it will take and what the future will hold. The Rocky Mountain MS Center is working hard to make the future brighter for those living with MS.
