MS research has made great strides and perhaps just needs a little push to find a cure. On August 21st, 2010, I'll be making a push of my own to summit the 10th highest peak in Colorado, Mt. Antero (14,269 ft) with Team InSight/Darr.

Just over 2 years ago I was diagnosed with MS, and this past 4th of July I summited my first 14er (Mt. Belford) as practice for Mt. Antero. I can tell you that climbing a 14er is no picnic, but neither is MS. Fortunately, the Rocky Mountain MS Center is there to help those with MS along with their family and friends.
