Welcome to the Denver Gorilla Run fundraising page. There's no doubt that the Gorilla Run is a lot of fun, but it also raises money for the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund and helps tackle a serious issue. Right now, there are approximately 740 highly endangered mountain gorillas left in the world. This precious handful of gorillas is targeted by poachers, illegal game hunters, threatened by the effects of civil war, human disease and faces losing its beautiful forest habitat as a result of deforestation and human encroachment. Your donation will be counted towards your runners fundraising total. Simply choose the runner's name from the list of fundraisers. Please help as the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund is an international charity working to save the world's last remaining mountain gorillas and keeping Dian Fossey’s dream alive for the past 25 years. We are a US registered non-profit and all donation are 100% tax deductable. |
