The race raises funds to provide financial assistance to young women seeking an education at Catherine McAuley High School; an education James and Maxine Pouravelis saw as essential to the intellectual, athletic, and spiritual development of young women. Through the hope that is nurtured by a McAuley education, this scholarship will continue to keep alive their hope in new beginnings. |
