As many of you know my son Matt died in a car accident on May 23, 2009 on Totoket Road in North Branford. The North Branford 5K Road Race/walk will honor Matt’s memory, increase awareness that encourages people to slow down and to drive safe, while supporting Matt’s Mission Fund. My family believes it is important to give back to the community.
We want everyone to know how much we appreciate all the love and support shown to us after Matt’s death. The goal of Matt’s Mission Fund is to help students from North Branford in need. Matt’s Mission will work closely with the Guidance Department and teachers to help provide relief to students and their families.
