Junior League of
Greater Fort Lauderdale is proud to announce
The 9th Annual Riverwalk Run to take place on Saturday, March 21, 2009
at
7:00am. The course begins in downtown Fort
Lauderdale
at HuizengaPlaza
and brings participants on a journey along the New
River
and through the neighborhood of historic Rio Vista.This event includes something for everyone,
even the kids.Choose
to participate in
the 5 mile run, 5K run, 5K fitness walk or enter the kids in the 1
Mile Kid’s
Fun Run.We invite
you to stay
afterwards and take part in the post-race brunch.

The Junior League of

organizations. Over our 70 year history, we have invested millions of
dollars,
matched by millions of volunteer hours in improving the lives of our
neighbor's
right here in BrowardCounty. We
have trained
thousands of women to address community needs and to take on leadership
roles
at every level.
