| On August 26th Ryann Fraser will join Pat LaFontaine and his Companions in Courage (www.CiC16.org) in the 25th Annual Ford Ironman Canada Triathlon in Penticton, BC.
Ryann and Team CiC can use all the motivation they can get to complete the grueling Ironman event. They are using the event to raise money and awareness for CiC - LaFontaine's charitable organization that builds interactive game rooms in children's hospitals throughout North America.
