| Hello my supporters - This is Deepika, as you all might be aware, I am gearing up to attempt the World Record to become the youngest, fastest to complete the GWR Hasbro puzzle on Saturday, January 15th 2011 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm at the East Hampton Library, Main Street, East Hampton CT. This will be my first world record attempt..! There was a time when it seemed just too much to attempt towards the world record. And it seems even now, only more attainable than it ever did before with all your blessings, support and motivation. This attempt is too dear to me not just because of the world record attempt but also because I am trying to raise funds for the non profit organisation my family is associated with - "Asha for Education - Hartford" chapter. Asha is non profit working to provide education for visually/physically challenged and underpriviledged children in India to give them a life of honor and dignity as every person ought to have. I would not say its my way of giving back because I do not think I am giving up on any of the luxuries that I have become so much used to. Its my way of reminding whoever is reading this - lets not forget the responsibility we all have towards those who are not so fortunate as us - everyone who is reading this including me can do so much more if we want to. My little brother donated around $350 on his birthday to ASHA couple of years back when he turned 5.If my little brother can do it, I can too. My goal is to raise $2000 through my attempt and the reason you are getting this is because you are one of the nicer people my family and I know whom I think would be supportive of my attempt and the reason I am attempting it. No amount is small, it takes as little as $20 a month to support the educational and living expenses of a child in India. So please contribute whatever amount you want to and help me reach my target.
