| Hi Everyone, I am Bogart. I am the handsome black and white tuxedo pictured above. I have been asked to speak on behalf of my feline friends at DAWS. I was recently adopted by a wonderfully caring family who is willing to care for my special needs. While at DAWS, I needed medicine every day. Even though I did not like it, I know it was for my own good. I am adjusting to my new home nicely and hope that my other friends will find their new homes soon.
In the mean time I am asking you to help my four legged friends by either Fundraising and/or donating to the DAWS 2008 Walk for Animals. Since my feline friends can’t attend the walk, we will support our canine friends on September 28th. Our goal this year is $55,000 and I have set a goal of $5,000 for my team. This money will go towards sheltering, feeding and providing medical care for all the DAWS Cats and Dogs. Everyone is feeling the pinch of higher fuel and food prices and DAWS is feeling it too. Please find it in your heart to help out our four legged friends at DAWS. The more we raise the more Cats and Dogs we can help.
