| The Climb to a Cure |
|
The Cause:
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) currently impacts 2.7 million people worldwide, and is the 3rd leading cause of disability in the U.S. The Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center is a leading organization in providing Education, Care, and Research to those individuals impacted by MS and their families. I have partnered with the Rocky Mountain MS Center to generate awareness of this disease and to raise funds to support the Center's efforts. Please share my climb with your friends, family, and colleagues as our cumulative efforts will help to shorten the climb in finding a cure for MS.
My Goal:
A solo big wall rock climb of a 2000' wall in Zion National Park, Utah. This will be a fully self-supported climb, requiring approximately 4 days of highly technical climbing.
The Objective:
To support the Rocky Mountain MS Center, and help this organization provide the amazing care and research needed to find a cure to MS.
