Team Communities In Schools of Central Texas (CIS)

Running and Walking to Help Kids Stay in School and Prepare for Life.

Last year, 64 Team CIS members and their supporters raised more than $37,000! Please join us this year by helping our team of runners and walkers to raise at least $50,000. These essential funds will help keep kids in school and on the course for high school graduation. We will cross the finish line together!

There are 3 Easy Ways to support Communities In Schools.

1. Sponsor one of the participants participating in the Austin 1/2 and Full Marathon.

Find the text box at the top of the page and either type in the participant's name you wish to support, or click on the ‘Search’ button to view all of the fundraising pages. Once you've done this select the fundraiser and make a donation to their page.

2. Make a general contribution

To make a general donation to the CIS click on the amount you would like to donate in the box below titled ‘Make a Contribution’ or enter the amount you would like to donate and click ‘continue’ to proceed.

3. Become a Fundraiser

To build your own individual or team fundraising page, click 'Become a Fundraiser' at the top of this page. Once you've done this please choose one of the options.
