Central Bucks Family YMCA 5K Race
Central Bucks Family YMCA helps kids, teens, adults, older adults - families and individuals who need child care, camp, sports programs, swim lessons, physical activities for all ages. We provide a safe and secure environment to grow, learn new skills, build self-confidence, make friends, share time with family.

The YMCA is a non-profit charitable organization whose purpose is to improve the quality of community life. The YMCA strengthens the spirit, mind and body of all people. We build character by promoting the values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility.

The Y welcomes people of all faiths, races, gender, ages, abilities or disabilities, regardless of income. The YMCA provides financial assistance for those who need Y programs and membership but may not be able to afford them. No one is turned away for the inability to pay.

The YMCA is growing, and we are currently undertaking an expansion project to add more space to accommodate the community and meet community needs. With funds raised, we will be able to add a much-needed warm water instructional/recreational pool, expand our fitness center and multi-purpose studios, expand our community space and provide new locker rooms for special needs/families and youth.

This added space will allow us to add more programming and recreational opportunities, with expanded focus on special needs, youth and adolescent programs, individual and group exercise, older adult programming. While we currently serve roughly 13,000 members and 27,000 program participants, we expect the number of people served to increase significantly, helping keep our community happier, healthier and living longer.
