| The Buddy Project is an organization dedicated to making the lives of people with disabilities more independent through Technology. The Buddy Project Inc. is an increasingly vital part of the disabled community and plans to be an important advocate and educational resource to the general public about disabled individuals. The Buddy Project Inc. is unique due to the fact that the technology is completely recycled and given exclusively to the client free of charge. These computers are not to be used as a family computer and are set up specifically for people with disabilities. This is a dire need in the disabled community due to the misconception that disabled people cannot learn to use computers without messing up the technology. Please join us on May 1st and 2nd 2010 to join The Buddy Project and “Run for Independence”. |
