I am here to ask for your help.

When I was in medical school in San Francisco, California, I made frequent trips to the agrarian area of Davis, CA. Davis' population has been increasing, families growing, and is direly in need of a Level 1 trauma center to be able to handle and keep up with pediatric emergencies in that area. I am helping the Lions club, and the community of Davis to spread the word, and help raise funds to make a new Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center a reality.

Over the next few months, leading up to a check presentation ceremony in Davis on September 11, 2009, I will be leading a drive towards this end.

With your help in giving, and spreading the word, you can help make a difference for the future of the children in this region.
