| 5K Run/Walk For Wellness |

| Optimal Health Center is proud to present the first annual "5K Run/Walk for Wellness" that will be held on Sunday, October 10th 2010. The Run/walk will begin at 8:30 with registration beginning at 7:30am at Charles Boehm Middle School in Yardley, PA. All proceeds will benefit the "Alliance For a Healthier Generation" a wonderful organization whose sole mission is to fight childhood obesity.
So how can you help? Get moving! Get involved! Tell all your friends. You don’t have to be a runner!
