The Stroup Kids For Kids Epilepsy Foundation is proud to present Tri To Help™. This event is an indoor triathlon with the focus of raising money for epilepsy. We bring a popular sporting event indoors when it is too cold or hot outside to train!
The event is in it’s fifth year and has expanded to Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington DC. We are marketing this event like "Race For The Cure" for epilepsy with hopes to expand to 2-3 states each year.
The Event consists of a 10 min swim, 30 min bike, and 20 min run. For more details visit the event site at:
